- Our A$7.5 billion direct property portfolio – one of the largest listed Australian REITs (ASX:DXS) – where we own, manage and develop high quality office and industrial properties in Australia and the US.
- Our A$6.2 billion third party property funds management business which develops and manages Australian office, industrial and retail properties on behalf of third party investors. This includes the DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund and three private client mandates, which collectively make up one of the largest third party property funds management businesses in Australia.

DEXUS has over 290 employees with our head office located in the Sydney CBD. We also have a US based office based in Newport Beach, California.
