Located at the gateway to Melbourne's arts precinct, Southgate provides exceptional service and ease to Melbourne's arts lovers seeing a show in one of the nearby theatres. The breathtaking riverside setting with its city skyline views is a show in itself and provides the perfect backdrop for a pre-theatre drink or dinner.

Simply park in Southgate's undercover Car Park and arrive at any one of our restaurants for a pre-theatre dinner, and be assured to arrive at the theatre with plenty of time to find your seats. Once the curtain has come down, you'll find that Southgate is still on show, with many of our restaurants and bars open for late night supper, coffee and dessert or a nightcap.
